Review: 1000/10 Best Customer Service Experience I Ever Had With A Car Repair!! Otis and the team did an outstanding job. They communicate great, very punctual when it comes to repair updates and estimated dates of completing the task, prices are reasonable (nothing sketchy), they are transparent with prices, very friendly and warm environment. You can tell they genuinely care for the customer. They were able to make my car like new. I would definitely only be going to them for now on for repairs.

Review: I gave Otis and his team 3 stars mainly because of the staff he has assembled. Everyone has a smile on their face and is willing to help. This however comes at a price. So we had an on the road emergency while on a road trip from Florida up north. I personally wanted to stop at the Waldorf Chevy dealership as I had a suspicion of what the issue was. My wife however had a different spin based on incorrect information given to her by her son who is not a mechanic. We opted to get a tuneup here based on that information. The tune up did not fix the issue which turned up to be a transmission issue. The problem I had with all this was the price we were charged. The price for a tune up by a Chevy dealer for a 4 cylinder tune up is $388. Including all parts. It also takes around 30 to 45 minutes. At Whilby’s it took about 20 minutes. The labor alone at Whilby’s was 250. For 20 minutes of work. The total we spent was $740. For a 4 cylinder tune up. See attached. In retrospect we should have went to the dealership in our case. Otis is a kind and patient man and very spiritual. I just wish he would transfer some of that in his profit margin.

Review: Otis and his crew are top notch! My wife and I are new to the area. When Someone hit the bumper of a car we were borrowing, they were able to repair the bumper to brand new. Even when the sensor in the bumper needed calibrating and they didn’t have the correct equipment, the gave it a try. In the end the car was returned good as new.I will recommend Whilby’s to all of my friends and family because I know Otis will take care of them.Thanks Guys,Kyle & Renee RogersPomfret

Review: I was driving and cut off on my way home on Christmas Day that had major damage to my left bumper, headlight, and hood of the passages side of my car. The other driver fault and agree to cover any damage. I was bless that it wasn’t more damage and to have the other driver with insurance and blame themselves for the incident. Anyway, i had research many body shops and came across Whilby’s Body shop a small business in Charles County, Md.They are awesome! Dropped my car off on Wednesday, December 27th, Mike who was thorough in the inspection of the damage provided a reasonable quote for the damage and timeframe for when the car would be ready.Let me tell, The Whilby’s Team did an amazing job with the repair and paint job and timing was on point as estimated when dropping it off. Especially, during the holidays. I was so pleased with them, I would give 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone. Great Service!
